REGARDING RESERVATIONS
Is there a cancellation charge?

We ask that you follow the procedures of the site used to make your reservation. Please understand that even if you contact the Hotel directly, you might not be able to take the necessary steps to cancel.
Can I be placed on a waiting list?
We are very sorry to inform you that we are not able to place you on a waiting list.

We ask that minors refrain from seeking accommodation to stay by themselves. However, it is possible for a minor to stay by themselves if their parents make the reservation and submit in advance a Letter of Consent.

Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. There are always staff on duty at the Front Desk 24 hours a day, but should you be arriving after 22:00, we ask that you contact the Hotel in advance.
Can the check-out time be extended?
It can be extended up to 14:00 at the latest.
We charge a late check-out fee of 1,500 yen per hour.

Can I use the internet from my room?
Free WI-FI is available in all our guest rooms. Please be aware in advance that your connection speed may deteriorate or you might not be able to connect depending on your computing environment or the degree of line congestion.
What amenities are available in the room?
Nightclothes (separate for upper body and lower body), slippers, bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, dryer, mineral water.
HOTEL THE LEBEN has an Amenity Counter on the first floor where you can buy what you need in just the quantity you need.

What items are available on loan?

All rooms are non-smoking. We prohibit these items from being used in our guest rooms, so please smoke in the designated areas on 1F.
Tell me about your child bed-sharing charge.
There will be no extra charge when one child, under 6 years old, shares a bed.
※ The child must share a bad with another guest. No extra beds or other arrangements will be provided.
※ If the child is elementary school age or above, they will be charged as an adult.
Please advise the Hotel in advance should you wish your child to share a bed.

Yes, we do. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 3,000 yen (tax inclusive) per night.
It can accommodate 2 high-roof vehicles (total height: 2,100mm high) and 4 ordinary vehicles (total height: 1,750mm; total length: 5,050mm; total width: 1,850mm; weight: 2,350kg).
When the parking lot is full, we may be able to suggest a nearby coin-operated car park.
※ When using a nearby coin-operated car park, pay the facility directly.
Is there a coin laundry?
There is a coin-operated laundry on 3F, 8F, and 15F.
Is there a microwave oven?
There is a microwave oven available on 2F, 9F, and 15F.
Is there a smoking room?
There is one on 1F.
Can you store baggage?
You can use the package spaces and coin lockers on 1F.
